Pick Up :

• 4:30-5:30 AM : Pickup in front of your accommodation in Tulum or nearby (Available for an extra cost)

• 5:30-6:30 AM : Pickup in front of your accommodation in Playa del Carmen or nearby (Available for an extra cost)

• 6:30-7:30 AM : Pickup in front of your accommodation north of Puerto Morelos or in Cancun (Available for an extra cost)

PROGRAM : 

• 8 AM : Arriving at Punta Sam Marina in Cancun

• The guide will give you a briefing about how to swim with the Whale Sharks

• Breakfast before boarding boat & bathroom stop - Small continental breakfast (we recommend to eat light)

• Swim & Snorkel with the Whale Shark

• Swim in front of Isla Mujeres

• Snack Ceviche, Guacamole and refreshing Drinks

• 3 PM : End of the tour in Punta Sam Marina.

Drop Off : 

• 3 - 4 PM : Drop off in front of your accommodation north of Puerto Morelos or in Cancun 

• 4 - 5 PM : Drop off in front of your accommodation in Playa del Carmen or nearby

• 5 - 6 PM : Drop off in front of your accommodation in Tulum or nearby

/!\ IMPORTANT TO KNOW /!\ 

Please be aware that it is not allowed to put sunscreen on the boat as you will enter a protected area. Bring clothes and hat to protect yourself from the sun.

Please note there is a travel time of 2.5 hours from Tulum to Punta Sam

This tour involves a lot of time spent on a boat and the time spent looking for the whale shark can extend to 1h30. The experience is spectacular but is not recommended for people who are sensitive to sea sickness. Please bring Dramamine with you as we are not allowed to provide medication to our clients.

This tour is not for pregnant women.

The minimum age is 9 years old.

Cancellation Policy:

Each tour should be booked by paying a deposit.

• In case of cancellation more than 24 hrs before the pickup, we do not charge you any cost and will give you back your payment.

• In case of cancellation less than 24 hrs before the pick up or in case of no show we will charge you 100% of the total amount of your tour. Please understand that we have to pay all our providers and staff although you do not come.

We reserve the right to cancel this tour last minute for weather conditions reasons.
